Easy Ways of Flat Screen TV Wall Mounts
Worried about the installation of your flat screen TV? It’s nothing to worry, if you read this article. A TV wall mount bracket is the first thing you need for wall mounting of your TV.
Now, there are three types of brackets used in TV wall mounting and which form the basis of the three types of wall mounting of your flat screen. The three types of wall mount brackets are low low-profile, tilting and full-motion wall mount. They have their own advantages and disadvantages as well. Let’s look at the different Flat Screen TV Wall Mounts
Low-Profile TV Wall Mount
Mounting a flat TV using a low-profile bracket is the most convenient option than other two available options and is the lowest-cost option too. The low-profile bracket is as simple to install as you hang a portrait on the wall. While this is the simplest to install, it has a limitation that you cannot tilt the TV from its position once it is installed. This limitation makes it difficult when you try to change your cables. Since it’s a flat panel and mounted on a wall, you will have to physically take the TV out of the wall every time when you need to change its cables.
Tilting Installation of Flat TV
These brackets cost a little more compared to low-profile wall mounts, but lower in cost as compared to the full-motion wall mounting brackets. Normally, the installation of tilting wall mounts is not that complex and is quite similar to a low-profile mount. The only advantage that you get with a tilting mount is that it gives you freedom to adjust the vertical angle of viewing. These mounting brackets have a spin in the middle of the brackets. This pivot helps to maintain a great viewing angle as per the convenience of the viewer. There is no problem, like a low profile mount, when you change cables.
TV Wall Mount Using Full-Motion Brackets
Full-motion TV wall mount is costlier than the two but gives you a liberty of moving your wall mounted TV as per your convenience. Other two types of the mounts are less expensive than a full-motion mount. These are generally complex to install. The moving piece or arms coming with this type of mount make it rather complex to install. And thus, you will need 2-3 extra men to help you try to hang your TV on the wall using a full-motion mount bracket.
